C50
The C50 MAb defines carcinoma associated carbohydrate antigens, which are present in carcinomas of many organs and of different histopathological types. The epitope defined by the C50 MAb is present in two different carbohydrate structures (ie, sialylated Lewisa and sialylated lacto-N-tetraose).
