Filling Technician

Fujirebio Diagnostics, Inc., located in Malvern, PA, is a world leader in the production of in-vitro diagnostics, setting the worldwide gold standard for the manufacturing in biomarkers.
We have an immediate opening for a Filling Technician. The qualified individual will:
- Fill, cap and label products while performing visual inspections in accordance with Device Master Records
- Assure the correct labeling is applied to product
- Perform and document line clearances before each operation
- Perform reconciliations and report and discrepancies.
- Prepare filling units, generate labels for accountability boxes, perform balance verification and order batch records
- Enter daily production into computer
- Assure adequate inventory to meet weekly production schedule
- Verify all batch records, SOP’s and specs are up-to-date and reflect the current procedure
Qualified individuals will have a High School diploma or equivalent; experience in diagnostics/pharmaceutical industry with knowledge of lab equipment; knowledge of GMP’s, SOP’s and batch records; ability to use computer for data entry and statistical process control; ability to work occasional weekends is required; must be able to consistently maneuver products through machinery and manually fill vials; good communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills; willingness to work with radiation, human and animal serum; excellent attendance is required.
